I have been approved for a rental property through a registered real estate agent (we do not do private rentals). This is for a NEW tenancy agreement only (we do not cover loans for lease agreements that have already commenced, bond arrears, rent in advance, rental arrears).

My monthly commitments do not exceed 30% of my income

I have not had more than 3 dishonors in the past 90 days
